All payments will be made in UK Pounds at the checkout process.

Bramwellsjewellers.co.uk can only accept UK Pandora orders.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point during the processing and or despatch of your order. We shall however only do this for reasons of unexpected or exceptional circumstance.

Due to the design led nature of Pandora products, please be aware that the images shown on the Bramwells website are to be used only as a guide. Especially with regards to variations in colour of gem stones, as these are naturally occurring and the Murano glass beads are handmade.

In order to adapt to customer feedback we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications. We respect your confidentiality and we will never make your details available to any third party.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for retuned goods until they have been received by us and accounted for. Therefore we advise that you return parcels to us using a 'signed for' service (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery - which includes insurance), although this is at your discretion.
